Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from Batra Jewels. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process for products purchased directly from our website at doorstepdeal.in.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may return products that are in new, gently used, or defective condition due to materials or craftsmanship.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 4 days of the original purchase date (for in-store purchases) or the delivery date (for online orders).

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds. This includes the original receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip.

  • Condition: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product shows excessive wear and tear or has been intentionally defaced. The determination of a product's condition is at the sole discretion of Batra Jewels


2. How to Make a Return

A. Online Purchases (Return by Mail)

  1. Customers must initiate an exchange request on Exchange/Return Portal or mail the request on officialbatrajewels@gmail.com
  2. Once approved, the items will be picked up and upon verification,
  3. Pickup will be attempted 2 times, If you failed to be available at the time of pickup, then we will ask customer to ship the product on their own
  4. For Delivery address or any other query related to exchange mail us on officialbatrajewels@gmail.com
  5. Whole process can take 14 -15 working days. Updates will be provided on your registered mail ID.


3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow [7-10] business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received at our facility.

 

4. Exchanges

  1. Customers must initiate an exchange request on Exchange/Return Portal or mail the request on officialbatrajewels@gmail.com
  2. Once approved, the items will be picked up and upon verification, the exchange will be processed
  3. Pickup will be attempted 2 times, If you failed to be available at the time of pickup, then we will ask customer to ship the product on their own
